It only has 1 Fact Check: "The tree isn’t coming down in the immediate future, but there are potential plans to replace the tree with a sycamore sapling, a direct child of the original tree." This is incorrect: The plan is to not replace, but simply replant the same "original" tree in the same location. It is the same tree not a child.
